This project was in a very prestigious apartment block next to St Catherines dock. The project was to strip off the access road and footpaths to expose the concrete roof of the underground car park as it was leaking onto their Porsche’s and Bentleys! We then applied a water proofing membrane and put everything back as if nothing had been done. As this was a residential block we had to adhere to very strict noise and dust regulations.
