Drainage:

What is a Section 50 license and why do you need one?

A Section 50 license is required to excavate any existing surface for drainage works on publicly maintained highways. Section 50 street works licences are issued under the new roads and street works act 1991 (NRSWA). Licenses are produced and issued by relevant councils and highways. IBBco’s 30 years of experience and building relationships mean that applying for section 50 and section 278’s are second nature to us. We can take the stress and confusion out of your applications and ensure the quickest possible outcome.
